About Me

WHO IS LOIS FOLLA?

Thank you kindly for taking the time to get to know more about me!

I grew up in Brooklyn, New York. I met my husband while working at Morgan Stanley Investment Firm in New York City, New York. (Directly across the street from Rock-A-Fellow Center) Steve and I married in 1988 and have had many wonderful beagle boys throughout our marriage.

I studied accounting in college but always enjoyed crafts. Finding Stampin’ Up! fit me like a glove.

HOW DID I BECOME A DEMONSTRATOR?

My introduction to Stampin’ Up! was in 1998. A friend invited me to a “Stamp Party” she was attending. Of course, I thought it was a “postage stamp party” but went anyway because I always had fun when we were together. I was fascinated watching this demonstrator create beautiful projects. The ease in which she did this amazed me. That evening changed my life forever!

I met fellow stampers who also loved Stampin’ Up! products. Soon we all agreed one of us should join. Well, all fingers pointed to me, except mine! I agreed and have been creating and enjoying paper crafting ever since.

MY REASON TO STAY A DEMONSTRATOR AFTER 20 YEARS

Stampin’ Up! was co-founded by Shelli Gardner. The employees at the main office that I interact with are always friendly and helpful. Moreover, this innovative company stays positive, listens to their demonstrators, and is continually changing to better their best. I love being part of this company.

I am an enabler, enabling others to release their creativity through paper, stamps, and ink. Believe me when I say if I can do this, so can you!

MY BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND FUTURE GOALS

Currently, I teach private classes, have stamp clubs and hold special events and papercraft for fun. To date, all of my Stampin’ Up! business has been in person. Although I have made many new fabulous friends doing in-person events, I want to add another dimension to my business by taking it online. I hope you will visit my blog often, be inspired, and if you do not already have a demonstrator, order from me. In short, if you want a little, place an order. If you want a lot, host a party (even an online party). But if you want it all, join my team!
