WHO IS LOIS FOLLA?
Thank you for taking the time to get to know more about me!
I was born and raised in (Bay Ridge) Brooklyn, New York, but loving Florida! I enjoyed working at Morgan Stanley Investment Firm in New York City, New York. (Directly across the street from Radio City Music Hall and half a block from Rock-A-Fellow Center.)
I studied accounting in college (Virginia) but always enjoyed crafts. Working with Stampin’ Up! is rewarding and so much fun.
HOW DID I BECOME A DEMONSTRATOR?
My introduction to Stampin’ Up! was in 1998. A friend invited me to a “Stamp Party” she was attending. Of course, I thought it was a “postage stamp party” but went anyway. I was fascinated by watching this demonstrator create beautiful projects with ease. That evening changed my life forever!
I met fellow stampers who also loved Stampin’ Up! products. Soon we all agreed one of us should join. Well, I was the chosen one, and agreed to join in 2000. I’ve enjoyed creativity through paper crafting ever since.
MY REASON TO STAY A DEMONSTRATOR AFTER 20 YEARS
Stampin’ Up! was co-founded by Shelli Gardner. The employees at the main office that I interact with are always friendly and helpful. Moreover, this innovative company stays positive, listens to its demonstrators, and is continually changing to better its best. I love being part of this company.
I am a proud enabler, enabling others to explore and feel empowered through their creativity through paper, stamps, and ink.
MY BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND FUTURE GOALS
Currently, I teach private classes, run stamp clubs, and hold unique papercraft/card-making classes. To date, I offer in-person Stampin’ Up! events, as well as 24/7 Online Shopping for convenience. I hope you will visit my blog often, feel inspired, and order or contact me if you do not already have a demonstrator. In short, if you want a little, place an order. If you want a lot, host a party (even an online party). But if you want it all, join my team!
